Script writing (Storytelling) - Long term Project (ARABIC ONLY)

Looking for an Arabic scriptwriter that can write a script or a story that is engaging about a specific subject. You will have to make your own research on the subject. If the project suceeds, I will hire the freelancer for a long term project. Please let me know if there is any freelancer out there writing perfect Arabic and creating exiting stories and scripts.
An interest in politics, society and western countries is a plus.
