Revamp pricing model & strategy for retail company

We’re looking to revamp the pricing model and strategy of our retail company. We are currently using a cost-plus pricing model but it's time to start looking into more profitable avenues. Our main goal is to attract more customers and we want to get started with the implementation immediately.
