Prior experience in interpretation or translation (minimum 1 year preferred).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Reliable internet connection and necessary tech setup (headset, laptop/PC).
Ability to manage time effectively and work independently.
Preferred Qualifications:
Certification or degree in Translation, Linguistics, or a related field.
Experience in international business or customer support environments.
Understanding of business language and cultural etiquette.

Key Responsibilities:

Translate documents, emails, and other written communication as needed.
Ensure clarity, cultural appropriateness, and confidentiality in all communication.
Maintain detailed interpretation records where required.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support multilingual communication.
