Recruitment of Uzbekistan Travel Agency for Saudi Ministry of Haj & Umrah Research Interview -- 3

We are conducting a qualitative research project in collaboration with the Saudi Ministry of Tourism and the Ministry of Haj & Umrah. For this, we are seeking a freelancer based in Uzbekistan who can help us recruit a reputable travel agency that organizes pilgrimage tours (Haj & Umrah) to Saudi Arabia.
⚠️ Eligibility Requirement: Only candidates who have personally undertaken a Haj or Umrah pilgrimage tour through an Uzbek travel agency in 2022 or later should apply. Applications not meeting this requirement will not be considered.
Candidate Profile:
- Based in Uzbekistan with strong local connections in the travel industry.
- Fluent in Uzbek and English; Russian is highly valuable, and Arabic is a plus.
- Experienced in recruitment, research coordination, or travel industry networking.
- Professional, reliable, and capable of approaching agencies with confidence and clarity.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and recruit one reputable Haj & Umrah travel agency in Uzbekistan.
- Ensure the participant is a decision-maker or senior representative (owner, director, or senior manager).
- Confirm the agency’s availability for the scheduled video interview.
- Provide a short profile of the recruited agency (name, size, services offered, years in operation).
Deliverables:
1. One confirmed travel agency specializing in Haj & Umrah tours.
2. A senior representative committed to attending the interview.
3. Confirmation of interview details (date, time, platform: Zoom/Teams).
4. Short background profile of the recruited agency.
