Promotion of quality speech and language technology for perfect translation in the native Arabic language

We are looking for a reliable freelancer to retype my documents from English to Arabic,translator should be very familiar with the computer operating system and should be able to type manually using Ms word and package the finished work in a ZIP file.Quality is most important for us, not allowed any google or machine translation.
