Office Assistant (Arabic and Indonesian Language Proficiency Required)
We are looking for a full-time online Office Assistant who must be fluent in Arabic and Indonesian. The role primarily involves office-related tasks, and key responsibilities include:
1. Welcoming and interacting with 7-9 clients daily, explaining the benefits of our services, addressing their questions, and persuading them of the value of our offerings.
2. Demonstrating excellent communication skills, persuasiveness, quick thinking, and professionalism are essential.
This is a position with no requirement to attend our office physically. However, the following conditions must be met:
1. A quiet room free from noise and distractions.
2. A stable and high-speed internet connection.
3. Camera access to meet clients face-to-face online and discuss their inquiries.
4. Punctuality, discipline, and maintaining the confidentiality and privacy of information are mandatory.
