Modern Standard Arabic Translator (English to Arabic)

I'm looking for an Arabic translator (Modern Standard Arabic).
I need two versions of the translated text:
Version 1) Without vowels ("Tashkeel" and "Harakat"), how it is usually found.
Version 2) Fully voweled (All "Tashkeel" and "Harakat" added)
Preferably, would like to work on fixed prices. So, let me know your fixed price per translated word (Version 1) and your fixed price per adding vowels to the word (Version 2).
