Jordan/Kuwait Arabic educating interpretation

We have build an app in Arabic that we are currently scaling to other countries in Jordan/Kuwait. We have translated all the app content as well as our customers coms in English and are now looking to translate everything in Arabic, Tagalog and Kuwait Arabic.
We are looking for a one off translation of all of our content (doc attached) and, if the fit is right on each side, we would also require ongoing assistance to translate changes as we gO.
