Global expansion of knowledge(DIMENSION OF RACISM)educational books available for translation from English to local Arabic dialect

Hello everyone we are running an educational course to expand essential knowledge in various languages and cultures so we're seeking to collaborate with native speakers of the Arabic local dialect to translate standard educational books with English grammar with the title "DIMENSION OF RACISM" these book is mainly for lecturing scholars across schools in various local communities of diverse Arabic countries.
And I would like the translator to carry out the translation with the following precautions:

.proper modification of words from English to Arabic dialect.
. breaking down of high English vocabulary to simple Arabic syllable.
