Field Visit - Degree Verification - Sultan Qaboos University
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I need a reliable freelancer who is already on the ground in Oman—preferably within easy reach of Sultan Qaboos University—to act as my eyes and ears for an urgent degree-verification task. Because I am outside the country and do not speak Arabic, you will bridge both the geographic and language gap for me.
Your mission is straightforward yet sensitive: confirm the authenticity of our candidates’ degrees at the registrar’s office and secure physical or digital copies of any supporting documents they will release. The university may require you to fill out request forms, pay small administrative fees, or wait for document preparation; I will cover any official charges once you provide the receipts.
During the visit you will:
- Visit the Alumni Office or Administration / Admission & Registration Office to verify the authenticity of the degree.
- Request official contact details (email + phone) of the officer responsible for academic certificate verification for future checks as well as his position/job title.
- Take a timestamped photograph of the campus building as proof of your visit.
Fluent Arabic and good interpersonal skills are essential to navigate campus offices quickly. A phone capable of clear document scanning or a portable scanner will make the job smoother. If you can complete the visit and deliver the report immediately, please let me know your earliest available date and any ID the university might request from you so I can prepare an authorization letter.
