English female tutor that can speak arabic

Hello, we are an online institute that teaches kid and adults langauge (english, arabic, mandarin) and subjects like math, science.. and more.
We need a tutor that works with us long term that can teach english to both kids and adults. If the teacher can teach these other subjects and languages then that's also great.
We need a tutor that:
-Has an experience in teaching kids and adults
-Is flexible
-That replies quickly
-A teacher that is loyal and hardworking
-Good Internet connection


Before starting, you should send a demo video of how you would teach B1 level students english.

We start with 3 dollars per hour and if we see that the teacher has a great feedback and is working well and that we're happy with the teacher, then we either increase or add bonus/commission.
In order to get this reward, the teacher must be doing at least 25 classes a week and work with us for atleast 6 months.

The teacher should be able to customize a lesson plan for each new student based on the student's interest and goal.
