English to Arabic language translation

I need a PHP developer to export a PDF with some images and info, based on a JSON that has all the info to be printed.
The PDF will have these pages:

1 - page with background image and logos
2- index page (image and logos on left, names on right). Names are based on the JSON.
3- index page similar to prior one.
4- index page similar to prior one.
5- content page: logos + multiple info. All the info is on the JSON. Custom font also.
X... - 1 content page per item on the JSON (generated automatically on the PHP script)
Last page - image + logos
Also 2 section pages with images and logos only.
