English to Arabic Text Conversion inside image and also editing the image

Hi,
I have 24 images with some images and English text inside it. I need them to be converted to Arabic format.
1. Which means I want the Arabic alignment
2. All texts need to be converted to Arabic.
Only native Arabic speakers with image editing knowledge must be contacted.
We will need source files after conversion and also when you quote, please keep in mind that there might be one revision as well.
