English-Arabic Correspondence Translation
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I receive regular business e-mails and short written exchanges in English that must be rendered into clear, culturally appropriate Arabic. Typical pieces range from a few lines to one-page letters, and accuracy in tone, register, and any industry terminology is critical.
For each message I will send you the original English text (usually in Word or pasted in the e-mail body). You will return:
• A polished Arabic version that preserves intent, nuance, and formatting.
• A brief note highlighting any terms or phrases that might carry multiple interpretations so I can choose the most suitable one when replying.
Turnaround is usually within 24 hours for short notes and 48 hours for longer letters. Consistency, confidentiality, and a friendly, proactive communication style are must-haves; CAT tools aren’t mandatory, but if you use one please keep the natural flow.
If this sounds like a fit, let me know your availability and your preferred workflow so we can start with a small paid sample and move into an ongoing arrangement.
