Educational Certificate Translation Arabic-English
Budget: $10 – $30 USD
I have a set of official educational certificates that must be translated precisely between Arabic and English. Because these documents will be submitted to universities and authorities, every stamp, signature line, course title, grade and date has to be mirrored faithfully in the target language while preserving the original formatting.
Here is what I need from you:
• A bilingual, word-for-word translation of each certificate (Arabic→English and, where noted, English→Arabic).
• Layout that visually matches the source—tables, seals and headings aligned so the file looks ready for legal or academic review.
• Delivery in both editable Word and locked PDF formats, with your translator’s declaration page attached if you normally provide one.
If you also enjoy writing, I occasionally require short explanatory notes or background paragraphs in English that accompany the certificates when they are sent abroad. Let me know if you can handle that side task; it is not mandatory but would be a plus.
Accuracy comes first, so I will review line-by-line against the originals. A translation is accepted when:
1. Terminology follows standard academic or governmental usage.
2. Proper nouns are transliterated consistently.
3. No portion of the source text is omitted.
4. The final layout is clean and print-ready.
Please tell me how many pages you can turn around per day and which CAT tools (if any) you prefer—Trados, MemoQ, or even manual work in Word is fine as long as the result is flawless.
Looking forward to partnering with a meticulous translator who understands the weight an official certificate carries.
