Dubai Arabic-English Trade Interpreter
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I will be exhibiting at a Dubai trade show on 27, 28 and 29 October 2025 and need an experienced simultaneous interpreter to keep conversations flowing smoothly between Arabic- and English-speaking visitors, suppliers and colleagues.
During show hours you will stand with me at the booth, listen through a discreet earpiece or headset of your choice and render my words—and those of the attendees—instantly into the other language. This is not consecutive, so I’m counting on your proven skill at real-time delivery amid the typical background noise and pace of a busy exhibition hall.
Key objectives
• Full-day, on-site simultaneous interpretation (Arabic ↔ English) for all three dates
• Clear, accurate, culturally appropriate delivery that reflects technical product terminology when needed
• Professional appearance, punctual arrival and easy collaboration with my small sales team
Acceptance criteria
• Native-level command of both languages
• Minimum two prior trade-show or conference assignments using simultaneous equipment
• Ability to supply or arrange any portable transmit/receive gear you prefer (whisper kit, headset, etc.)—the booth will have power if required
• Written confirmation of availability for all three days
