Project Description:
We’re looking for a creative, detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to help design the visual and user experience for Indana, a Saudi Conversational AI & Voice Assistant SaaS Platform inspired by VoiceHub but enhanced for Arabic and Saudi market needs.
The designer will create modern, intuitive, and scalable Figma screens for the MVP phase, focusing on clean workflows, accessibility, and Arabic-first usability.
The platform empowers businesses (especially e-commerce stores, SMEs, and service providers) to create AI voice and chat agents in Saudi dialects (Hijazi, Najdi, Southern, Gulf) using a node-based visual builder similar to VoiceHub or n8n.
Scope of Work:
The designer will be responsible for producing all core screens in Figma, ready for developer handoff.
1. Core UI Screens:
Login / Signup (bilingual interface – Arabic & English).
Dashboard (Overview): summary of agents, analytics, and quick actions.
Agent Builder: visual node-based builder for creating conversation flows (VoiceHub-style).
Voice & Dialect Settings: manage TTS/STT preferences and select dialect tones.
Integrations Page: connect with Salla, Zid, WhatsApp Business API, and CRMs.
Subscription & Billing: Free / Pro / Enterprise plan views.
Reports & Analytics: charts for call volume, accuracy, sentiment, latency.
Admin Settings: manage roles, permissions, and API keys.
2.Experience Design Goals:
Arabic-first RTL layout with intuitive navigation.
Clean, minimalist aesthetic (Google Material 3 / modern SaaS design).
Visual consistency and accessibility (WCAG compliant).
Fast workflows and minimal cognitive load for non-technical users.
Micro-interactions and hover states for a dynamic user feel.
3.Deliverables:
Complete Figma project with all UI components, prototypes, and user flow connections.
Responsive layouts for Web (Desktop + Tablet + Mobile).
Style Guide including:
Color palette
Typography system (Arabic + English fonts)
Iconography
Buttons, inputs, modals, and cards
UX documentation (short notes on user journey and interaction logic).
Required Skills & Experience:
Proven experience designing SaaS or AI-based platforms (portfolio required).
Strong Figma proficiency (Components, Auto Layout, Variables, and Prototyping).
Experience designing node-based / visual workflow interfaces (like VoiceHub, n8n, or Node-RED).
Familiarity with RTL/Arabic UI design principles and Arabic font pairing.
Deep understanding of UX process, wireframing, and information architecture.
Ability to create design systems and maintain visual consistency.
Creative problem-solving and innovation in user experience.
Excellent communication in English (Arabic knowledge is a plus).
Nice-to-Have Skills:
Experience in conversational AI or chatbot UI/UX.
Understanding of SaaS subscription flows and analytics dashboards.
Familiarity with AI tools for prototyping (Framer, Midjourney, Uizard).
Deliverable Format:
Figma file (editable).
Prototype walkthrough link (clickable prototype).
