Convert an English website to Arabic

We are looking for an Arabic and English bilingual person to convert my website content from English to Arabic. The person must be well versed with both English and Arabic language, as well as the art of content writing. We are looking to hire as a part time gig for now but contract will be elongated upon the quality of work.
