Content Creation - Textual, Visual, or Both + Translator/Proofreader (English to Arabic)

1. Need content creator for website development for small//medium scale businesses.
Please quote for
A). Textual content,
B). Visual content(pictures/logos) and
C). both.

Work shall be project based, as client leads come in. Please suggest compensation metric - hourly or per word, as best applicable.

Clients shall exclusively be Saudi Arabia based, but websites shall be developed in English, and later translated to Arabic. Any previous exposure to such projects would be welcome, but not necessary. Please mention such relevant experience, if any.

2. Also, English to Arabic translations/proofreading of translations would be again, welcome, but not necessary.
Translators/proofreaders may please quote for this service as a separate component.

Please quote your full amount as main quote and kindly provide the breakdown. Mention quotes for points 1A, 1B, 1C, and 2.
Not necessary to fulfill all requirements, if you are only a textual content creator, may consider you solely for that role only.
