I have a thirty-minute online meeting coming up where I’ll be negotiating terms and responding to questions with English-speaking participants. I’m comfortable in Arabic, so I need someone who can switch smoothly between English and Arabic, keeping both sides engaged and accurately informed throughout the discussion.
What I’m counting on you to do:
• Join the call on time, remain for the full half hour, and jump in whenever I signal.
• Handle negotiation points in clear, professional English, then immediately relay or clarify them in Arabic when needed—and the other way around.
• Offer advanced technical insight and field-specific commentary; I’ll brief you on the exact context and documents beforehand so you can speak with authority.
