Bilingual Community Manager (Arabic & English) to manage talent pools -- 2
Budget: $8 – $15 USD
We (Freelancer Enterprise) are looking to hire a Arabic Speaking community manager to manage a talent pool of saudi freelancers.
Language Skill:
Arabic and English, spoken and written
Role/Responsibilities:
We need this person to keep the Saudi talent pool warm and engaged. They need to uplift this community, have them understand our platform, answer issues, be a primary POC, provide updates, and most of all, sell the projects that are coming to them.
This community manager will keep the Saudi freelancers warm and engaged. They will continually post comments and updates in the groups. Have individual meetings trying to gather feedback on our processes, and sell the roles that we have coming in.
We do need this person to become an expert on the freelancer.com platform and also gather a very strong understanding of the type of talent we have in the Saudi Pool beyond simply the profile skills.
Top Skills:
Organized, perhaps some sales, marketing, etc.
Contract Length:
6 weeks, opportunity to extend for a long time.
Location/ Region:
Middle East or Asia region to match Saudi timezone.
Work Hours/ Availability:
20-30/ week for 6 weeks, opportunity to extend.
Individuals only.
The selected resource will have to sign an NDA.
