Arabic language/cultural consultant

We need a full-time Arabic Language Specialist/Cultural Advisor for on-site interpretation and translation. We need an Arabic-and-English speaker. Translates essential, sensitive, unformatted material authored by and for subject matter experts on complex scientific, technical, and military topics. Deep knowledge of the host country's culture, economics, history, societal/ethnic/tribal characteristics.
