Arabic Wooden Talisman Transcription and Translation

I have a wooden Arabic talisman, about the size of a stick, that I need thoroughly explained translated and transcribed for historical purposes. This talisman seems to be some sort of islamic magic stick.

Specifically, the tasks involved in this project include:
- Providing a detailed transcription of the inscriptions and symbols on the talisman, most notably the star and the number '9s' or whatever letter it is
- Translating the transcribed content to English or providing a detailed explanation of its meaning

Ideal candidates for this project should possess:
- Proficiency in Arabic language, with a focus on calligraphy
- Experience in transliterating and translating unique symbols or ancient inscriptions
- A background in historical research or understanding of symbolic meanings would be beneficial.

The goal of this project is to shed light on the historical significance and meaning of this talisman, and any insights provided will be invaluable for my research.
