Arabic Translators needed for my books to translate, from English to Arabic

We're hiring worker's online to work on Small term project and long term ongoing projects for our organization. We've got contract forms, Documents and papers that needs to be translated from English to Arabic and Because most of the workers have been hired are local natives of Arab countries like Jordan, Palestine, Algeria, Kuwait, Egypt and Spain, who aren't very fluent with the English language. And these contracts papers and documents are to hire long term ongoing staffs.
