Arabic Only - Data Entry

I have a pdf file of 18 pages. I need it in excel file. All data is in Arabic. The pdf won't allow (Copy/Paste) to work functionally. I need the data to be %100 accurate when entered into the excel file.
The PDF file has 4 columns, I need only the entries for United Kingdom المملكة المتحدة
so skipping all other countries when entering the data to excel.
