Arabic Letter of authorization For marriage

I am looking for someone to help me create an Arabic letter of authorization for marriage addressed to the Islamic Center of Charlotte. The letter is to authorize a brother the wakeel/wali who accepted his sister to marry a person (This letter is from the brother of the bride authorizing his sister to get married)

This project is for personal use and does not require compliance with any specific country's laws. The letter does not need to be notarized or certified in any way, just written.

The format would be a sharia complient format. They typically use islamic phrases in the letter. I attached to my project information about the Groom, Bride and Name of Wali/Wakeel which is the brother
