I’m expanding our underground roster and need rapid, reliable talent discovery. Your main hunting ground will be Spotify’s “More Like This” section, though you’re also free to tap your own network and even post an Instagram Story shout-out if it surfaces a promising name.
Here’s what I expect from you each working hour:
• 100 brand-new Hip-Hop/Rap/Indie/Trap/Urban/Techno/DJs/Label artist leads, each submitted as a public profile link in our official ledger. Independent artist preferred
• Zero duplicates—only the first person to log a name gets credit.
Payment flows at ₹100 per productive hour, with an added ₹1 for every valid lead scraped directly from “More Like This.” Consistency matters; keep the pace up and I’ll invite you to join us in Noida (Ear Solutions, Sector 2) as an in-house A&R Intern.
