Your role will be to translate patient encounters into accurate, compliant CPT, ICD-10, and HCPCS codes, submit clean claims, and follow them through to final payment with minimal write-offs.
I’m open to whichever workflow you’re most comfortable with—whether that’s working directly inside an EHR such as Epic or Athena, using stand-alone billing software like Kareo, or integrating through a practice-management platform. What matters is that you already know how to navigate payor rules, spot documentation gaps, and resolve denials quickly.
Key deliverables:
• Code all visits daily with 98%+ accuracy
• Submit electronic and paper claims within 24 hours of coding
• Track, appeal, and resolve denials until payment posts
• Generate weekly A/R and productivity reports for my review
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant records and communication
