DME /Medical Clinic Billing & Contract Specialist - 28/10/2025 17:12 EDT
Budget: $25 – $50 USD
I need an experienced biller who can take full ownership of our durable medical equipment (DME and medical clinic CPT codes, insurance cycle and represent us confidently when negotiating insurance contracts.
Your day-to-day work will include:
• Preparing and submitting DME insurance claims accurately and on schedule.
• Tracking each claim through payment follow-up and tackling denial management until every dollar is collected.
• Leading negotiations with insurance carriers to secure favorable contract terms that improve reimbursement rates and streamline authorizations.
Much of this work happens in our office, so you must be comfortable working on-site and occasionally traveling to payer meetings or industry events when required. You’ll collaborate closely with our customer service and fulfillment teams, using whatever industry-standard billing software you prefer (Brightree, Kareo, Waystar, or similar) as long as the results stay transparent and auditable.
Success is measured by clean claim rates, reduced days in A/R, and improved contract terms. If you have a solid background in DME billing, a proven record of winning insurance contracts, and the flexibility to split your time between office and field, I’d like to work with you.
