Looking for an attorney to mediate collections bills out of daughters name, into Mothers.

My Fiancé moved out of her mothers house. We are receiving her bills and need to obtain a lawyer to process a notice of our plan to sue if bills are not changed into her name, and or paid in full. This would be to try and mediate as their is a restraining order in place- and we need action letters to move things forward from hired counsel.
