No-Code APP for accountant to collect information from mental health therapist clients
Budget: £250 – £750 GBP
I’m looking for someone who can utilise non-code tools as much as possible to keep the cost down. Ideally this will be created in Google appsheets.
One of the main reasons I'm thinking of using appsheets for this, is because I want to test the concept with my target market. I need to know that therapists will want to use this app. Once, I've tested demand, then I'll probably get an app coded from scratch.
I know that most AppSheet apps are built on a Google Sheet, and a sheet starts to slow down once you're into a few thousand rows, and the per therapist security adds to that because of how it filters. So rather than build it on spreadsheets, I want it built on a proper cloud database (Google's own Cloud SQL) from day one.
Most therapists won't have a huge number of receipts- probably between 5 to 10 each per a month (maybe 5mb in size for each receipt). My aim is to grow this so that between 50 to 100 therapists are using it within a year.
Core Features
1. Secure Login
• Email/password login
• Password reset
• Two-factor authentication (optional but recommended)
• Each therapist only sees their own data
2. Daily Income Entry
Simple form:
• Date
• Client income received
• Payment method (bank transfer, card, cash, insurance, etc.) (No payments will need to be taken via the app)
• Notes (optional)

4. Receipt attached to expense record - doesn’t need to automatically extract the information.

• Income this month
• Expenses this month
• Estimated profit
• Missing receipts

6. Bookkeeper Portal (Important)

That turns the app from a bookkeeping tool into a workflow tool for your practice, which is where the real value is likely to be.
I need to be able to extract each therapist's data into 1 spreadsheet/ csv file (photos of receipts won’t need to be included). It’ll need to have a list of their expenses & a list of all their income for the period in the download. Mileage travelled will also need to be included.
For the receipt photo export, I know the photos could be embedded directly inside the spreadsheet (e.g. as images in cells). However, inside a s a ZIP file containing the spreadsheet plus a folder of receipt images acceptable would be ok (if it's easier/less time consuming to do).
Data backup:
I’ll need a way to backup all the data uploaded on a regular basis to a remote server (which I believe could be achieved via being on Google's own cloud SQL.
