I'm looking for a French-speaking appointment setter to call pre-qualified inbound leads and book appointments for my team.
This is not cold calling. Every lead is generated through our own paid advertising and has already requested a quote or expressed interest. Your job is to reach them fast, confirm the basics, and lock a slot in the calendar.
What you'll do:
- Call new leads within [X minutes] of them coming in
- Qualify them briefly against a simple checklist (project type, timeline, location, budget range)
- Book the appointment directly into our calendar
- Follow up on no-answers and reschedules
- Log every call and outcome in the CRM
What I'm looking for:
- Native or near-native French, with a clear and natural phone presence — you'll be speaking with homeowners and small business owners
- Previous experience in appointment setting, telesales, or phone-based customer service
- Reliable and autonomous: these leads are paid for, so speed and follow-through matter more than call volume
- Quiet working environment and a stable internet connection
What I provide:
