looking for appointment setter / cold calling expert for web design (You must find leads and close the deals)
Budget: $10 – $30 USD
I need an appointment-setter who can handle the entire outbound cycle for my web-design studio. My niche is brand-new websites for small local businesses, so you’ll be reaching out to owners who likely have no online presence yet and persuading them to book a discovery call—and ideally sign on the dotted line. I’m not pursuing medium-sized enterprises or large corporations, nor am I selling redesigns or maintenance packages, so your pitch must stay focused on brand-new builds and the advantages that brings.
What you’ll do
• Source qualified local-business leads in any city you choose
• Cold call, follow up by email or SMS, and nurture until they either book or buy
• Run the initial discovery call (or hand it off to me—your choice)
• Close the deal, secure payment, and pass the project brief to my team
Tools and workflow
Use whatever prospecting stack you prefer—ScrapeBox, Hunter.io, Apollo, or a simple spreadsheet works for me—as long as I can see the pipeline in a shared CRM such as HubSpot, Pipedrive, or Close. All calls must be recorded for quality control. I’ll supply a proven script and pricing sheet; feel free to tweak once you know what resonates.
Success criteria
• Minimum 15 qualified appointments set per week
• At least 5 signed projects per month (average ticket: a full new website build)
• Clean CRM notes with contact details, call summaries, and next steps
If you thrive on cold outreach, have a smooth closing style, and love helping local businesses get online for the first time, let’s talk.
