We are looking for confident outbound callers to help set appointments with business owners in industries like:
- Tree Services
- Roofing
- Landscaping
- Pressure Washing
- Construction
- Other local service businesses

Compensation Options

Option 1 – Performance Based (Recommended)
Ideal for confident setters who want unlimited earning potential.

Pay Structure:
- $20 per qualified held appointment
- $30 bonus per closed deal

Option 2 – Hourly
- $7/hour
- No commission
- Expected goal: 1–3 appointments per day
- Must maintain 50%+ show rate

Responsibilities
- Outbound cold calling local businesses
- Following provided scripts/frameworks
- Setting appointments for our sales team
- Updating CRM notes
- Handling basic objections professionally
