**Virtual Assistant Needed – Home Service Outreach & Directory Management (Plumbers, HVAC, etc.)**
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant who specializes in the home service industry (plumbers, HVAC companies, electricians, landscapers, cleaners, etc.).
Your primary responsibility will be reaching out to home service businesses and gathering/updating their company information so we can add or improve their listings on our online directory platform.
### Responsibilities:
* Contact home service businesses through:
* Phone calls
* Facebook/Instagram
* Email outreach
* Contact forms
* SMS/texting
* Other communication methods
* Verify and update business information including:
* Business name
* Phone number
* Website
* Email
* Service areas
* Business hours
* Services offered
* Social media links
* Build relationships with business owners and office staff
* Keep accurate notes and records inside spreadsheets or CRM systems
* Follow scripts and outreach processes
* Help maintain high-quality and accurate directory listings
### Ideal Candidate:
* Experience working with plumbers, HVAC companies, or other home service businesses
* Comfortable speaking on the phone with business owners
* Strong English communication skills
* Organized and detail-oriented
* Experience with lead generation, appointment setting, or data entry is a plus
* Familiarity with Google Sheets, CRMs, and social media outreach
* Self-motivated and able to work independently
### Bonus Skills (Not Required):
* Sales or cold calling experience
* Knowledge of local SEO or directories
* Experience using AI tools or automation
* Experience researching local businesses
