I need a fluent, persuasive tele-caller who can turn warm solar inquiries into confirmed consultation appointments. Your daily focus will be straightforward: call the leads I supply, briefly explain our residential and commercial solar offerings, answer initial questions, and lock in a convenient time for a 30-minute consultation with our sales engineer.
The audience is broad—homeowners looking to cut utility bills, business owners chasing lower operating costs, and even farmers exploring off-grid options—so you should be comfortable shifting tone and vocabulary to match each caller’s background.
You’ll work from a simple call sheet and note the outcome of every interaction in Google Sheets (or a comparable CRM if you prefer). I expect clear, same-day updates so our field team always has an accurate calendar.
Deliverables
• Minimum number of dials agreed at start of day
• Confirmed consultation slots entered in the shared sheet, with name, phone, address, and any key pain points noted
• End-of-day summary of calls made, appointments set, and follow-ups required
