We are a growing Social Media Marketing Agency (SMMA) specializing in helping e-commerce businesses scale with paid ads and social media strategies.
We are looking for a highly motivated Appointment Setter who can:
Find e-commerce businesses (prospects) on their own.
Contact them via cold calling / cold emailing / social media outreach.
Book qualified meetings in my calendar.
Requirements:
Fluent in Hindi and English (must).
Strong communication & persuasion skills.
Experience in cold calling, outreach, or sales.
Ability to work on a commission / revenue-share basis (no fixed salary).
Self-driven: must be able to find your own leads and convert them into meetings.
Compensation:
100% revenue-share model. You get paid per closed deal from the clients you bring in.
Example: If a client pays $2,000/month, and the agreed split is 15%, you earn $300/month from that client as long as they stay.
