Description:
I run a service-based business focused on helping local businesses (plumbing, HVAC, etc.) capture missed calls and turn them into booked jobs.
I am looking for a reliable and experienced sales closer / appointment setter who can handle outbound calls and convert leads into booked calls or deals.
This is NOT a basic cold-calling job. I’m looking for someone who understands real conversations, not scripts.
What you’ll be doing:
* Calling warm/cold leads provided by me
* Having natural, simple conversations (no aggressive selling)
* Identifying interest and booking qualified calls or closing deals
* Providing daily reports (calls made, conversations, results)
Requirements:
* Strong spoken English
* Experience in cold calling / sales / appointment setting
* Ability to handle small business owners (plumbers, contractors, etc.)
* Comfortable working without strict scripts
* Must track and report numbers daily
Compensation:
* Performance-based (preferred): paid per booked call or per closed deal
* Open to discussing higher commissions for strong performers
* No upfront payment — long-term opportunity if results are good
Important:

* I value results and consistency over volume
Goal:
Start with a small test batch and scale long-term if performance is good.
