Remote Consultation Appointment Setter Needed

Type: Part-Time / Full-Time | Remote | Commission-Based + Bonus


Key Responsibilities:
Reach out to prospects via Instagram DMs, emails, and cold calls (scripts provided)

Qualify leads based on our target client profile (sports academies in USA, UK, Canada, AUS)

Book appointments in the calendar and confirm follow-up calls

Manage and update the CRM with leads, notes, and follow-ups

Report daily progress and call outcomes

Follow scripts and handle initial objections professionally

Coordinate with sales closer and marketing team for smooth handoff



Requirements:
Proven experience in appointment setting, cold outreach, or lead generation (SMMA preferred)

Fluent in English (written and spoken)

Comfortable working with tools like Google Sheets, Calendly, CRM (GoHighLevel is a plus)

Self-motivated, target-oriented, and reliable

Must have a laptop, strong internet connection, and quiet work environment




Compensation:
Commission per qualified appointment booked (that shows up)

Performance bonus for booked-to-close ratio
