Ecompulse Marketing sells a Holiday Booster package that helps small businesses sell out their holiday promotions using fast-launch Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns.
Our offer to clients:
• Campaign launches in 3 days
• Optimization and scaling within 7 days
• Fast bookings and fast results
We are hiring appointment setters to handle outbound outreach, qualify prospects, and book calls into our closer’s calendar.
Responsibilities
• Independently source leads through Facebook groups, Instagram, Google, and other channels
• Use provided outreach scripts to contact small business owners
• Respond to incoming messages and pre-qualify interested leads
• Schedule qualified appointments into our closer’s calendar
• Send confirmation reminders (24 hours, 2 hours, 15 minutes before the call)
• Track conversations and bookings in our CRM sheet daily
Compensation
• $10–$15 CAD per completed show
(A show is defined as a qualified prospect attending 15+ minutes of the call)
• $50 CAD bonus for every sale that results from your appointment
• Weekly payouts
• No closing required

What You Must Be Able To Do
• Independently locate and message new prospects daily
• Maintain consistent outreach and follow-through

• Start immediately and meet daily outreach expectations
Daily Expectations
• 200–300 outbound messages
• 3–4 booked calls per day
• Strong show-up rate through confirmation messages
