Hiring: Experienced Appointment Setter (Remote, Mon–Fri)

We’re looking for a highly confident, charismatic appointment setter who can help increase our meeting show rate and keep prospects engaged.

This is not an entry-level role. We only want people with real experience in appointment setting or cold calling.

What you’ll do

• Confirm meetings booked by our cold callers

• Get prospects excited and committed to showing up

• Reschedule and manage appointments when needed

• Occasionally call fresh leads directly

• Help make sure meetings actually happen

What we need

• Native English speaker, or someone from a non-native country who sounds completely American/Canadian/native-level

• Must sound indistinguishable from a native speaker

• Strong charisma, confidence, energy, and personality on the phone

• Proven experience in appointment setting or cold calling only

• Available during Monday to Friday, within 7am–6pm CDT for an 8-hour shift

Pay

• $70 per meeting showed

• Current show rate: 30–40%

• Expected earnings: $3,000–$9,000/month

• OTE: $4,500–$6,000/month
