We are looking for a skilled Recruitment and Scheduling Coordinator (RSC) to join our IT Field Services Company, specializing in IT support and maintenance. You'll be responsible for managing customer inquiries, creating and updating schedules, sourcing new technicians, and coordinating effectively with our team of technicians and admin staff.
***We will hire you at your advertised hourly $USD rate ($AUD conversion) on Freelancer - plus excellent bonuses (up to $50AUD per job)***
About RSC Role:
- Initially, 10hrs per week (ongoing), with the opportunity for growth to 20+ hrs per week.
- Your availability needs to be within Australian business hours - Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.
- Flexible working hours are available within the AEST business hours (more information to be provided).
- Full training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Create and maintain accurate schedules of technician appointments, ensuring optimal efficiency.
- Source and onboard new technicians as required.
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Communicate clearly and effectively with all team members.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a technical or field service environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Familiarity with IT support services and the associated scheduling challenges.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to adapt and respond to changing circumstances quickly.
- Familiarity with Hubstaff, Odoo CRM, Google Calendar & Mail, Zoom, and WhatsApp.
