Phone Appointment Setter 20+ Hours/Week
Budget: $15 – $25 USD
If you're a high performer, this may be one of the best appointment setter jobs. Work from home. No cold calls. Call warm leads to set in-home appointments with people ages 35-75 who filled out request forms to get insurance quotes. Need to set 40 appointments per week for the sales team. Abundance of Fresh leads provided daily to call. Heavy dial days will be Mon, 6-8 hours or as long as it takes to set 10 appts on Tue and 10 appts on Wed. Once the 20 goal is met, take the day off and come back Thu. Dial Thu 6-8 hours or as long as it takes to set 10 appointments on Fri and 10 on Sat. Take day off as soon as 20 appts set. See you Mon. Be available to dial Mon and Thu starting at 7:30am MTN, and again in evenings from 5pm up to 8PM MTN and or during day as needed. If you hit your goal of 10 appts on Tue, Wed, Fri, Sat, take the rest of week off.
If not, may need to dial for a few hours on Tue, Wed, Fri and maybe Sat to fill in empty appointment spots.
Heavy training provided to make you lethally good. Requirements: Set 40 per week with no less than a 30% no-show/appointment cancel rate. Dialing will need to start in the AM, adapting across all time zones depending on where calling that week. Hourly moving to salary after 30 days, plus generous commission. Full time (40) hours available based on hitting above metrics. Very fun and successful owner who knows how hard your job is and loves to celebrate your winning!
