Pay-Per-Meeting Cold Caller
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I run a marketing agency and need someone who can consistently book 5-10 qualified discovery calls each month with small-business owners. Cold calling is the outreach channel that works best for us, so you should be comfortable dialing prospects, handling objections on the spot, and securing a firm date and time that appears on my calendar.
How it will work
• I provide an ideal-customer profile, phone data, and a brief offer overview.
• You handle the dialing, conversation, and real-time scheduling.
• A meeting counts (and is paid) only when the prospect shows up on Zoom or picks up the scheduled call.
What I’m looking for
— Proven cold-calling experience, ideally booking appointments for service-based businesses.
— Clear, neutral phone voice and fluent English.
— Your own dialer or willingness to use ours (CloudTalk or similar).
— Daily updates so I can track progress.
The pay structure is simple: you earn per completed meeting, with bonuses for hitting or exceeding the 10-call mark in a month. If you can deliver the consistency I’m after, this will roll into an ongoing contract.
