Experienced Outbound Sales / Appointment Setter (Commission-Based)

We are The Handbag Room, Australia’s luxury handbag resale and restoration specialist, and we’re looking for an experienced outbound sales professional to contact warm leads and existing customers.

This is a results-driven role. We supply the customer lists, scripts, CRM and phone system. Your job is to build rapport, overcome objections and book qualified appointments.

Responsibilities

* Call warm leads and previous customers
* Book appointments for handbag selling and restoration services
* Follow up quotes and previous enquiries
* Re-engage inactive customers
* Promote our Care Club membership where appropriate
* Update CRM notes after every call
* Meet agreed appointment targets
