Outbound Appointment Setter (High Clarity English – Eastern Europe / South Africa / LATAM)
We’re hiring 1–2 outbound appointment setters for high-volume cold calling.
This role requires clear, neutral, easy-to-understand English. If a prospect cannot understand you immediately, the call is lost — so clarity is critical.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Make 120–250 outbound calls per day
- Speak directly with business owners
- Identify problems quickly
- Handle objections naturally
- Book qualified demo appointments

- Proven outbound cold calling experience
- Clear, neutral English (must be easy to understand instantly)
- Strong confidence and call control
- Ability to handle rejection without losing momentum
- Comfortable in a performance-based environment

COMPENSATION
- $8–$12/hour base
- Performance bonuses tied to:
- Appointments booked
- Show-up rate
- Closed deals
