Need appointment setter who can also find leads

We have 20 websites that we need to sell. We need an experienced appointment setter to call potential buyers and set up appointments for us to try to sell them.
Must have cold call experience.
30% commission when we close sales off of appointments you set.
We would want you to find leads with your lead generation skills.
The websites to sell are geo niche websites built out on exact match domains and designed to rank at the top of search engines for their keywords.
We will sell these websites between $500 and $1500. So your commission would be between $150 and $450 just for setting the appointments.
You’ll be contacting everyone in a certain profession in a certain US city.
Recommended strategy for best success: find contact information for all the potential buyers, cold email blast to everyone, then cold call everyone, set as many appointments as possible.
Efficiency: find companies who spend money on advertising, companies that don’t have websites, or companies that already have exact match domains for their websites.
Buyers can be large companies, small companies, one-person shops, or even individual professionals.
These websites don’t need to take the place of a company’s current website. They are marketing tools to bring in more leads whether they have a current website or not.
