Medical Spa Appointment Rescheduler

I need someone skilled in communication and proficient in English to conduct rescheduling calls to clients of our medical spa who previously booked but did not show up or cancelled their appointments. The main purpose of these calls is to arrange a new appointment at a time convenient to the client.

Tasks include:
- Outreach to clients
- Communicating available appointment dates
- Identifying and recording client's availability for rescheduled appointment.

Potential candidates should have:
- Excellent English and communication skills
- Experience in a call center or similar role
- Familiarity with medical or spa terminology (preferred)
- Ability to handle clients with diplomacy and understanding
- Detail-oriented, able to accurately record client details for follow-up
