- Proven track record in appointment setting within the real estate industry
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills

- Proficient in using CRM software to manage appointments and client information
Project Requirements:
- Set more than 20 appointments per week for our real estate business
- 40 hours per week
- Use phone calls as the primary method to reach out to potential clients
- Follow a script provided by our team to ensure consistent messaging
- Maintain accurate records of appointments and update the CRM system accordingly
- Provide regular progress reports and feedback to the team to optimize appointment setting strategies
