Insurance Decision-Maker Appointment Setting
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I have a vetted list of insurance-industry contacts who match my ideal client profile, but most entries are missing direct phone numbers. Your task is two-fold: first, track down accurate direct lines for each contact, then reach out by phone and secure calendar-ready sales meetings with the actual decision maker (owners, principals, or senior executives).
Cold calling is the only outreach channel I want used, so strong phone persuasion skills and a professional, confident tone are essential. Each appointment must be confirmed for date, time, and best number, with a brief note on the prospect’s interest level.
Deliverables
• Completed contact sheet showing the verified phone numbers you sourced
• Log of call attempts and outcomes
• Minimum agreed-upon number of booked sales meetings, entered directly into my shared calendar or sent as a daily summary
An appointment counts as successful only when the prospect explicitly agrees to a sales meeting and meets the decision-maker criteria.
